國立台灣藝術大學舞團《大觀舞集》將再次來到波特蘭市為2017台美人傳統週獻上精緻的演出！台美人傳統週一直是僑界最備受期待的年度重點活動之一。此項活動在1999年由美國國會正式頒布，來宣揚台灣傳統，藝術和文化。
《大觀舞集》擅長於以專業精緻的演出，結合東西文化精髓，開創出舞團獨特的舞蹈表演藝術，帶給觀眾許多意想不到的新視野。他們的舞蹈蘊涵了濃濃的台灣味，跨越語言，文化，種族的不同，引領臺灣舞蹈藝術之風潮 ，具有國際職業舞團之水準。 同鄉會己於過去十年來陸續聘請許多來自台灣的藝文團體於本地表演。我們希望今年能有更多台灣藝術和文化愛好者加入我們！ |
Since 1999, Taiwanese American Heritage Week, as designated by the U.S. Congress, has been celebrated nationwide during the month of May to recognize and honor the cultures, traditions, contributions and achievements of Taiwanese Americans in the United States.
This year, we are excited to have Da-Guan Dance Theatre, from the National Taiwan University of Arts, on stage to put on a special dance performance at Revolution Hall on May 24th. Known for fusing Eastern and Western styles, the troupe leads the rebirth of traditional Taiwanese choreography and breaks down cultural and linguistic barriers through their productions. As a Portland-based non-profit organization that embraces and promotes cultural diversity, we cordially invite you to join us as we celebrate the 19th Taiwanese American Heritage Week! |
